My name is Austin. Owner, CCO, and lead website designer here at TYM.
A few years ago I left everything I knew and moved to a place I had never been, and began to pursue my passion. Yep. I wanted to devote my life to what made me happy. And this is it.
Here's the thing ... I have two loves ... being creative and traveling. Living and breathing the outdoors is what gives me life while my creative side drives me. So that is what I do. I have built a career around doing what I love and I hope you can see that throughout my work.
Current crushes: Mountain Biking with my pups, Studio Mcgee, the Kaitlyn Bristowe podcast, oh and cheese pizza of course!
Based in: Santa fe, New Mexico
My Name is Tressa. I have been lucky to see many sides of the business. Starting in sales & account management to now designing sites myself!
After graduating college I went down the normal route of working in the corporate America. When Austin asked me join the TYM team to grow her business, I didn’t hesitate to take her up on the opportunity, and man am I thankful! Now I get to do something I truly enjoy everyday!
What do I love everyday about this job? I am an extremely adventurous, spontaneous, and creative being, and this job allows me to express those things everyday! I have all of ya’ll to thank for that, Thank you!!
Current Crushes: The Salty Blonde, Sivan Ayla, Freepeople, COFFEE, Mimosas, snowboarding, downhill biking, hiking, and a lazy day full of netflix with my future hubby, Conner, and pupper Welldy.

My name is Sarah Neitzel, Account Manager for TYM. I’ve been working for Austin since May 2018 and absolutely love watching websites come together!
My job for TYM is to make sure you have all your content in before your design date. I may not be artistic, but I am really organized. Together, we make sure we have everything ready for Austin or our other designers so your website can come to life! My favorite thing in the world are my three dogs. I love to walk them, hike with them in the mountains of Colorado, and nap all together in a puppy pile. I’m looking forward to going to Graduate School in the fall of 2019 at University of Colorado Boulder, to get a Masters in Communication. I think my education and experience will make my role here at Trek Your Market even more seamless and effective, and I’m looking forward to utilizing my knowledge with clients!
I look forward to helping you create your dream website, it’s an honor to be here and to work for Trek Your Market!
Current Crushes: My mini pack of dogs – one mini Lab and two mini Aussies, gluten free cinnamon coffee cake, the Colorado Mountains and the view from my office while I chat with you all, and homemade green juice!
